Performing throughout Seattle and the Pacific Northwest, the ensemble creates transformative listening experiences in unexpected places. Its boundary-defying programs weave today's composers together with everything from medieval music to Radiohead, drawing surprising connections across centuries and genres. Shaped by a fearless, exploratory approach to performance, Raven Quartet plays with new audiences in mind, welcoming seasoned concertgoers and first-time listeners alike.
This season, the quartet appears on Tacoma's Second City Chamber Series performing George Crumb's Black Angels and Béla Bartók's String Quartet No. 4 (November 2026), the Northwest Edvard Grieg Society chamber series performing the music of Arvo Pärt (March 2027), and the quartet takes its music to new heights with a secret project in the sky, to be revealed soon.
